Stickers & Decals

Montreal Stencil specializes in the production of engineering grade durable labels and stickers for use in industrial applications. Our staff is experienced, and we will use our knowledge to select the best material for your application. We can develop the product from your mechanical drawing (CAD) or design the label for you. Our silk screen printing department uses both conventional solvent based inks and UV (ultraviolet) inks to print on sheeted media. We use large format and small format printers with inkjet, thermal and toner-based inks in our digital printing department. We supply custom roll labels using flexographic printing and digital printing.

We stock a variety of pressure sensitive materials in polyester, Mylar and vinyl from manufacturers such as 3M Scotchcal, Avery, Catalina and Flexcon to produce labels and decals. We carry many different thicknesses and finishes of Lexan polycarbonate film to produce labels and graphic membranes. Our graphic overlays are subsurface printed and laminated with a selection of adhesives such as 3M 467, 3M 468, 3M 9471 and 3M9471.

Montreal Stencil is a UL authorized label supplier. We can print both Type L and Type R labels with the UL Certification Mark.

Lexan polycarbonate labels are screen printed and can be cut down to any shape or form using our digital die cutting table or our traditional press with a steel rule die.

Polyester or Mylar pressure sensitive labels are high performing dimensionally stable labels that can be used both outdoors and indoors.
