Armstrong (1915), later known as Etampes BelleMarque, were established at the beginning of the last century. After mastering the manufacturing of stencils and steel engraving, the two businesses each focused on using new technologies to develop additional markets and affirmed themselves as industry leaders in the field of engraving, signage and rubber stamping products.
